Securitize Corp. completed its business combination with Cantor Equity Partners II, Inc. on July 1, 2026, and began trading on NYSE under ticker SECZ. In the same week, SUIC Worldwide Holdings Ltd. acquired a 51% stake in Taiwan Vision Renu Corporation on July 10, 2026, issuing 30 million shares of common stock representing approximately 35% of total outstanding shares post-transaction. T3 Defense Inc. also closed an acquisition of a 60% equity stake in Project 35, an Israeli defense technology company, on July 6, 2026, paying 21,059,871 shares of common stock and a $1.25 million promissory note at 12% interest maturing July 5, 2027.

Asset sales dominated activity elsewhere in the week. MacroGenics sold its GMP manufacturing and CDMO business to Bora Pharmaceuticals and Bora Biologics USA for $122.5 million in cash on July 7, 2026. Ashford Hospitality Trust disposed of two hotels, selling the Hyatt Regency Savannah for $158.0 million on June 30, 2026, and the Marriott Fremont Silicon Valley hotel for $53.0 million on July 1, 2026. Olaplex Holdings was acquired by Henkel US Operations Corporation on July 7, 2026, with shareholders receiving $2.06 per share in cash and the company repaying approximately $357.6 million to terminate its credit agreement.
